The 2019 Audi Q3 SUV and the 2019 Audi A7 have both earned themselves the honor of being called an IIHS Top Safety Pick, with the Q3 SUV earning the even greater honor of being regarded a Top Safety Pick+ vehicle by the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety.
Both of these vehicles exceled, earning top “Good” ratings in all six IIHS crashworthiness performance evaluations and even earned “superior” ratings for the Front Crash Prevention tests, due to standard Audi pre sense front.
When equipped with available Full LED projector headlights, the Q3 was named a Top Safety Pick+. To earn that recognition, a vehicle has to get a rating of “Good” on both the passenger-side small overlap rating and the headlight rating. The Q3 offers a whole host of standard and available driver assistance features to help you confidently navigate the roads.
The 2019 Audi A7 earns an IIHS Top Safety Pick when it is equipped with available LED matrix-design headlights with high beam assist. This rating is based on a vehicle getting “Good” ratings in the moderate overlap front, driver-side small overlap front, side, roof-strength, and head restraints test. It also needs an “Advanced” rating for front-crash prevention, and at least an “acceptable” rating in the passenger-side small overlap front and headlights.
Just like the Q3, the A7 also offers a comprehensive list of standard and available driver assistance features, as well as innovative connectivity features and benchmark infotainment.
